How To Spot North Korean Counterfeit US Currency
The Bush administration has officially charged the North Korean government of counterfeiting US currency to help prop up its brutal regime. Worse, because the bills are being printed by a national government, they can be devilishly hard to detect. To...

There, Holly, your first trackback with the new plugin. We had a trackback party one week where nobody showed up-- what a lousy feeling.

I'll be sure to tell the Evil Emporer over at Point Five, and he'll include this post in our regular open trackback post tomorrow, too.

Appoint Schiavo
The intemperant tone of Peggy Noonan's latest anti-Miers missive included a call for her "withdrawal/removal/disappearance." Maybe the Gottis can take care of it. It reminded me of an earlier Noonan column under the sub headline: "If Terri Schiavo is k...

Very cool... you know PHP? I *wondered* how you did all this neat stuff. I'd love to know what version you use, what (if any) tools you use to make it happen, etc, etc, all that good geek stuff. Maybe it's a whole new topic area: How To Make This Stuff Look Great And Work Right.

I have tried to send a trackback, but I got an unrecognized error. Don't worry. Sometimes that happens. I just have to wait a while to see if it went through. If not, I'll try again later. :)

Yeah - I know enough PHP to be dangerous to myself...lol. I can hack programs but not create them from scratch (unless it's very basic). I learned from necessity, and while I thought it would be incredibly boring I needed to learn it (because I'm cheap and won't pay for anything....most PHP is freeware! lol) but I was surprised to discover that it was fun. Lots of time spent reading tutorials, articles and forums.

I just sat around this morning trying to hack my blog program here until it did what I wanted. The only problem is that while I screw around with it my site gives off error codes for those unlucky enough to visit while I'm testing. That's why I don't do it very often and try not to make large changes when I do.

I will do a post like that sometime in the near future - although I might show more hacker skills than programming genius and end up sounding like a moron. :D
