Valour-IT Auction Updates - Things Are Heating Up!

I am so conflicted!! Blackfive is auctioning advertising space on his blog....I would so like to bid!! But - my bid would benefit the Army team. Grrrrrr.... Ah well, it already has a bid and I could barely afford the opening bid.
And - the Marine Team is the only team to have a non-blogger take advantage of the opportunity to help a team raise money in a more direct method. I'm impressed and someone should go over and bid on her item....it would make a great present for a special someone! She says she intends to list a few more this evening or in the morning.
Excellent team spirit and initiative!
I have a few auctions over there...and I want you to know, for the purpose of raising money for Project Valour-IT I donated my favorite paintings. The starting bids are at rock bottom prices considering their gallery listing prices (my paintings sell from $200 - $2,000 depending on their size). So - don't let my favorite paintings go for cheap! I promise you'll love them (I do!). You can find Horizons, Red Tulips and The Wishing Tree at the Valour-IT auction site. You can also find the biggest painting (on stretched canvas) that I've ever made, as well as one of my all-time favorite paintings over at Overstock's auction site. I listed them there before I had the grand idea of Valour-IT's own auction site and they got bids right away, so I couldn't remove them.
What else is heating up over at the Valour-IT auctions? Well, you can purchase Smash's LT bars. (Low starting bid too!! Go get em!)
If your pockets are deeper you can bid on the Cox & Forkum original Project Valour-IT cartoon drawing. That auction is running pretty hot with alot of bidders. And the winning bidder can choose the team of their choice to donate their winning bid to. (hint hint Marines!)
Homefront Six is offering a pretty cool James R. Morris Chinook Print to help out the Army team. It already has a $25 bid. And he was kind enough to credit my brilliant writing skills in his auction description (my writing abilities when it comes to writing auction descriptions that is...lol).
Politics of a Patriot is offering ad space for a month as well as ad space for an entire year. Pretty good deal on both starting bids!
I promise to have one or two very special one day auctions listed tomorrow in honor of the USMC 230th birthday and Veteran's Day.
So what are you waiting for? Go list, go bid - help our injured soldiers!
Thanks for the Open Post at the Mudville Gazette!
