How did you go about getting the ISBN number as well as getting listed on Amazon and lulu?

To get an ISBN number you have to pay for one to be assigned. It's very inexpensive to do so I went ahead and did that for this one. Amazon will only list books that have an ISBN number, and I'm sure the same is true for bookstores. Once I had an ISBN number lulu listed the book in Amazon's marketplace for free (I guess they have a deal or something). It will be my goal/job to try and have the book at other stores, so I hope that goes well. (Oh - and I'm still waiting for your email! lol)
