Well, the swelling from my sprained wrist is going down, thank goodness. It still hurts, but not as much as when it was imitating a balloon. Hopefully it will heal quickly so I can type more without making my arm all sore. In the meantime, here's some good links...

And don't over-do things with that wrist... just like other joints, it has a hard time healing because it is used so much.
